[amo] Replacinginstrument results in effects being removed

Dragging and dropping an instrument onto the channel name replaces the existing instrument in the chain but also removes and effects in that chain too.

Hi,

That behaviour exists for a long time: when dragging any instrument/rack to a track, you replace the whole device chain. To replace the instrument only, drag it over the existing one.
