[5062] looper bugs
I noticed weird things with looper:
- Set the looper to control song start and tempo. play and record some stuff. Then delete the looper. Now clicking stop on the export bar does not replace cursor at 1.1.1.
- Set the looper to control start and tempo. Select "record 4 bars". play and record some stuff. After a while, it doesn't record 4 bars, but 5.1.0. This happened with a 3/4 bar signature.
- "grouping" a looper with stuff in the buffer will erase the content.

Yep, same here.- Set the looper to control song start and tempo. play and record some stuff. Then delete the looper. Now clicking stop on the export bar does not replace cursor at 1.1.1.
With b07
True. And then stop with export bar, and then relaunch the looper playback doesn't launch the export.Set the looper to control start and tempo. Select "record 4 bars". play and record some stuff. After a while, it doesn't record 4 bars, but 5.1.0. This happened with a 3/4 bar signature.
And one more thing (in b07): undo with the one pedal control doesn't work. The gui switches between undo and redo but not the audio.
With undo assign to an another pedal, there's no problem... except it would create some cliping.

The undo in "one pedal mode" works but ONLY when undoing when your in overdub mode. Doesn't work when undoing in play mode.
This is not the case with a dedicated pedal assigned to the undo. It works in overdub AND play mode.

After reading the manual, it looks like it's not a bug. But, why the undo is more flexible with it's own assignement?Correction:

Is it because when (with the one pedal looper) try to undo when your in play mode, holding down the pedal actually shift to OVR mode just before entering undo?

Hi,
Please, report only one issue per thread, otherwise it makes it close to impossible to follow up for us. If you're unsure how to beta test, please read the FAQ at the top of the Beta bugs forum.

If I understand this well, I think it's not a Looper bug and was fixed a while ago. Please check again.- Set the looper to control song start and tempo. play and record some stuff. Then delete the looper. Now clicking stop on the export bar does not replace cursor at 1.1.1.
I could reproduce this and the bug number I tagged the thread with is for this one.- Set the looper to control start and tempo. Select "record 4 bars". play and record some stuff. After a while, it doesn't record 4 bars, but 5.1.0. This happened with a 3/4 bar signature.
Can you still reproduce that? Grouping a Looper should stop it, but not clear its content.- "grouping" a looper with stuff in the buffer will erase the content.
