Heavily distorted/bit reduced sound on channel

I just encountered a really, really strange bug: one particular channel gets this very heavy (and boy is it annoying) sound - no matter what I do to it the distortion is still there! I tried turning off every effect as well as changing the synthesizer vst to something else (switched between arturia minimoog v and operator) but the problem wont go away. I even tried duplicating the channel, and the duplication has the distortion as well!

What could this be? Everything else sounds fine.

My bad.. this wasn't a bug, rather the modulation wheel that was put all the way up ^^ sorry
