Vestax VCM 600 Problem

Hi, new to the forum.

Just got myself the vestax vcm 600. Works amazingly with ableton. Only the one problem ive found tho.

When i overwrite the automapping to add my own effects, the buttons dont light up/off. (for instance on the eq kills, or the 8 buttons on the top right).

Is there a way to get around that?

my mate has the device and had some issues similar where lights were not coming on.

in his case it was down to the settings in prefernces. He had set it up as a remote control surface but ha not enabled it in the MIDI devices section

what settings do you have here?
