live(7.0.7) is sick medical attention needed urgently!i thought i might tidy up my hd(mac book pro OSX 10.5.1) today and offload all unused and un music related apps onto my external hd.turns out it was not a good idea i think it upset my system and worst of all live.was working fine befoe this now when i load up live and a project it wont play for more than 9-12 bars, it just stops?everything else works the way it should and the yellow play is still on the clips and global, i can turn it on or off(between black n yellow)but i get no movement of arrangement and no audio also the record button wont work.if i quit live(which asks whether or not i would like to proceed cause audio is playing?) and try again it does the same thing music starts then....nothing. same with using a new set chuck a few clips play em 9 or so bars later nothing.if i load up a plug in i cant get any sound its like it live just freezes itself.all the other programs i left on the hd work fine.also live is taking ages to load the sets and to quit.i was hopig to get a bit more out of live by freeing up the hd but its done the worst possible thing imaginable>my thought now is to reinstall but i am not sure whether i will lose all my tunes,plug ins,sample library etc. can someone call a doctor cause i really want to be making music right now and veins are starting to twitch in my head.........thanks

thats strange!the problem only occurs when i use my inbuilt speakers.once i hook the audio interface(usb) and midi controller(usb) up everything is working again.take them out and use the in built speakers no go same for the headphones.any ideas?

cheers kleine will try it as soon as i have a solid internet connection my wireless is a bit in and out.thanks for the quick response by the way gotta love ableton support!!!
