[amo] scrubbing is jumpy

when I click into the arrangement while its playing, it sometimes causes a small overall clipping, or at least it becomes very loud for a split second, and then its all normal again.

on winxp, with just native stuff.

Please elaborate a bit on what we should do to reproduce the behaviour. Does it still happens with beta 17? Isn't it something just similar as what happens there:
