all ins midi input selector

i have been experiencing this behavior off and on for a while now, not too sure what is causing it, or how to reproduce it, but ever so often, i cannot use "all ins", live shows nothing going on in that track. the midi in indicator flashes, and if i choose one of my midi input ports, it'll come thru. i reckon automap 3 pro is the only change i have made since live 7, which i never experienced this...???

same set, i've done nothing but muck about the library, checking out stuff with the nice new preview feature, add a clip, extracted the groove, dragged the groove to a couple of slots, and now 'all ins' works again
