Can the team looking after the GUI for Live 8, perhaps look towards scaling the GUI at % values based on the current OS screen resolution. Any value below 100% looks as though it's being 'interpolated' over the display rather than being re-drawn and font heights being changed. This makes the GUI look blurred and causes eye strain.
To scale the GUI is great functionality for those on a laptop without a high res screen, but I think this ability would be enhanced and more user comfortable if rather than allowing small increment changes that are % based, to perhaps 10 single steps that are L8 system defined based on current screen resolution. This would redraw Live exactly to the set resolution, and is quite critical for those using Live on a PC or Laptop with LCD display. Interpolated or scaled images on such a screen view very poorly.
