Venues to play shows in San Francisco

We are planning on touring in the west coast in this summer, and
have been looking for venues to play shows in SF.
Would you know any cool ones? Nothing too big, but nothing too small...

Our instrumentation is classical guitar, snare drum, cymbals, laptops with Live, no-input mixer, and vocals with screams and laughs.

Cafe du Nord is a favorite of mine. Great atmosphere, a nice little stage, decent sound, great bar, cool people.
It's on Market Street at the edge of the Castro District.
