I was wondering if any Live LE users might be able to tell me why there seem to be none of the advertised bass instruments (jazz bass, electric bass etc) in the EIC LE? They're in the manual, but not in the liveset?
It's a significant omission if they've been dropped.
Many thanks if you can throw any light on this.
Instruments missing in LE?
I have LE 6.0.11. The manual lists them, but they are suspiciously absent as well.
Would be nice if someone could explain.
My guess is its listing is a miss print (a hang over from the full version) that wasn't edited out of the manual properly. Its one of the differences between the LE and full version. Just a guess though.

Could be. Odd, though, because all the other instruments in the manual seem to be there.
If it is a misprint, it's a strange one. You'd think it would be easy enough to take it out of the .pdf manuals at least. If it's deliberate, it's certainly a bit misleading. With only two external plug-in instruments available, having a decent bass in Live LE would be a blessing.
