It's modulation basically IIrc
I slipped into a daze, whilst I was there I heard the most startling music, it was at once familiar and alien, reassuring and unsettling.

this has been asked to death over there.
don't know, but those wobble basslines are not hard to do by any means.
so, what do you hear in those wobbly sounds ?
right, basically a low sine/saw (mix of them or focus on one or the other) sound
and wobbling (means rising and falling) tune and/or volume and/or filter...etc.
modulation mostly by lfo's - synced or unsynced or their speed corresponding
to the note which is played.

experiment on operator + it's lfo, clip envelopes, autofilter + it's lfo
you'll get there pretty quick
