My honest advice?

I only read the first page, but it seems like everything that needed to be said has already been said. She asked you out, you weren't interested. That sends a pretty strong message anyway. You might want to get some space, and not hang out outside of work. Just be friendly, but not flirty.

If it comes down to needing to have a talk about things, just be honest. You don't feel that way about her, and you hope you can keep being friends.

Saying, "I don't want to risk our friendship" might be interpreted as "I love you too, but I'm chicken shit." and you don't want her getting that message.
