problem reloading set from force quit

last night i actually tried writing a tune with the beta for the first time. i dragged in an instance of samplemoog, and went to control the cutoff with the horrible speed dial on my nocturn. well, my mouse got "stuck" on the cutoff knob, and then some other knob. i could freely move my mouse around, but it did nothing, unless i was hovering over those two knobs in samplemoog, in which case, they turned the controls, like the speed dial normally would. force quit live, and automap3, and tried to reopen live.
got stuck on "initializing the application..." on the splash screen. restart my computer. i get to the popup whpch asks me if i want to recover my work, click yes. asks me if i want to make a bug report, click yes, and try to start typing. frozen. force quit. open live again. now when it gets to the popup which asks if i would like to recover my work, the only thing is the popup with the highlighted blue yes, no other text or a no button. force quit, same behavior 4-5 times. delete live8b12, reinstall from disk image. asks me if i would like to recover my work, click yes, and now i am stuck on the "samples loading:100%" message on the splash screen. laugh, force quit, reopen, choose not to recover my work, and live finally opens. laugh, open up the tune from the recent projects, notice how i forgot to save a couple of things prior to the shut down, become bored, go watch tv
