Hi there,
Your best bet is to do your best playing out and promote yourself through friends and family - the same guys booking you in your town probably know promoters they've worked with in other towns. This kind of thing doesn't happen overnight; at least not for a paying gig. Nobody overseas will just book you because you're a foreigner, if they're going to pay you then you need to bring something to the table to make it worth the expense.
Remember performing in other countries also involves working visas in many cases.
Try targeting a specific place you want to play and make that your goal; learn about the place, scout clubs and get in touch with them to see what the possibilities are (also be realistic, a top house club in Athens won't book an industrial DJ; but they might be able to steer you in the right direction if you're lucky and really nice). Don't just send promos to email addresses blindly, connect to these people first.
Have a long term goal in mind with what you hope to accomplish. If playing abroad is that goal, it's going to take a lot of work but it is possible.
