[awi] crash when shift-dragging a transient

shift -dragged a transient and the app crashed

restarted L8 beta2 (and produced crashpack)

recovered the set

noticed that the transients had all disappeared from my wave and been replaced with two "square" warp markers. As detailed in another bug on here.
