[amo] Dragging clips and devices has delay b8.13

I seem to be experiencing a delay whenever i drag cips or devices(doesn't move right away).Is anyone else having this problem?

I am running b8.13 on Windows XP SP3 with 1 Gig of ram

Hi,

Do you still experience this in beta 17? What kind of "delay" are we talking about? Is it for any device, any clip, any sample?
