When attempting to create a live pack (.alp) from Live 7 (latest update) it falls over trying to add specific samples to the pack.
When returning to the project, these samples are then listed as missing.
Each time I try this the same samples fail to add for each specific project.
I have tried "saving as.." into a new project and collecting all samples, but the same samples fail to add to the resultant pack.
Has anyone else experienced the above? Any ideas what the problem might be?
Problem creating Live Pack
Re: Problem creating Live Pack
Hi Strepsil,
which samples are listed as "missing"? Are they still missing after you save a new Liveset and do collect all & save?
Best,
Jörg

Re: Problem creating Live Pack
The samples are from the 'consolidated' folder - they are .aif samples created from a .flac source (i.e. a .flac.aif file)jok wrote:which samples are listed as "missing"? Are they still missing after you save a new Liveset and do collect all & save?
When I 'save as' to a new set and do 'collect all and save' they are present in the new consolidated folder. Quitting and re-loading this set correctly loads the samples.
During creation of a pack, an error adding these samples to the pack is reported, after which the project lists the samples as missing and they are no longer present in the consolidated folder.
I have tried this a number of times with the same result.
p.s. I am running ableton on Mac Tiger.
