[4876] Time Signature Change Bug beta12

In Arrange View, I cannot edit time signature changes, not with "command R" and not with right clicking (even though I get the option to chose "edit signature change" - but nothing happens!).

Macbook Pro 15.4 unibody (late 2008), mac os x leopard, everything up-to-date.

This is fixed in the latest beta (beta 14).
