As topic says, the timing is not consistent with Guru when playing back and/or exporting a project - this issue is present in 7.0.14, as well as 8b14; I don't recall encountering these issues in earlier 7 versions.
I have found that keeping the Guru GUI open during playback and/or exporting resolves the timing problem.
