[6883] uninstalling live 8 beta (particularly 8.0b10

i updated the latest beta after 8.0b10...installed the new version and now and i can't uninstall 8.0b10. (i have been upgrading since then and still can't uninstall it)... anyway anyone else having similiar problems? for all the bugs to have this is no big deal as i can manually uninstall it...but i was just wondering why it can't find the install.log to remove it.

Had the very same problem!
Asked the support and they helped me out. Seems that very few people have this problem, but it happens for no particular reason.

you need to contact support as mentioned above... since we are beta testing, it is important that they know what is going on with installation and uninstallation issues.

plus everybody asking them how to solve the same problem might overload them.
