[5099] No Page Up / Page Down control Over Clip Transpose

This is a bug that has irritated me since it showed up in an upgrade of Live 7.

Basically, it used to be a feature that pressing page up would transpose 12 semitones on the clip transpose knob, and page down would transpose 12 semitones down. This is not rectified in Live 8 either...

What an easy feature this is to do, since it's been done before! Please reincorporate this feature, not only into Live 8, but Live 7, where it belongs!

The shortcut has changed for this: use SHIFT arrow up/down.

Hi~

I was really excited to hear this, and immediately tried it in both Live 8 beta and Live 7. Unfortunately, this doesn't work. When I hold shift and hit arrow up, arrow down, I still transpose by an increment of 1.

I am on OS X 10.5.6 on a white MacBook.

Please pass this along to your design teams, I really use this feature, and am tired of going back to Live 6 for performances.

Hi,

Yes, sorry, I also discovered it doesn't work for the Transpose knob of an audio clip. It does work for all other transpose knobs in Live, and should also for the one in the Audio clip. I reported a bug.

This is fixed in beta 19: the new shortcut is SHIFT arrows up/down now.
