we're happy to announce the first public beta of Live 2.0 for tonight. We cannot provide an exact time, probably it will be in the morning of this Saturday -:).
We're hope to get as much feedback as possible from you. It's also very important to get these beta feedback a soon as possible. For this reason we decided to release the beta before the weekend so that hopefully many of you have the time to play with it.
You'll find some additional information on the website if the beta is available, inclusing some tips how to send & report good feedback to us.

Ok, the beta is up now. Go to the news page and you will find all informations you need.
Please send bug reports directly to [email protected] or post them in the "Bugs & Problems" forum, not in the other ones.
Please don't forget to always give us an email address, because without communicating to you it will probably impossible for us to fix the reported bug.

Hello together,
Firstly a very big thanks to all beta tester for sending bug reports to us.
I tried to read them very carefully which sometimes needs a lot of time so please try to understand that I cannot answer every mail directly.
To avoid getting too much mails about already known bugs or problems here a short list of the biggest known bugs in the first beta:
- VSTs on OS X doesn't work at all
- No start on Os X 1.5 if using Midi devices
- General too Low output level comparing with version 1.5
- Duplicate scene crash
We will release another beta in the next days (not sure about the date-:))
That doesn't mean not to continue to send founded bugs to us. In doubt it's better two have a bug report twice than to miss one.
P.S. Please try to send all beta related mails to [email protected] instead directly to me. It makes the email "administration" a little bit easier for me.
