[dwi] CHANGING FX INSERTS CAN ACIVATE CLIP

I've got a load of clips on only one channel at the moment going down the page
and I'm going down the list warping and setting parameters for each one
I put a gate insterted on the master channel
and hey presto the active clip is now the one above the one i was just editing..

it's happend in all betas so far

OSX 10.5.6. Intel Dual Core
beta 15
4gb ram

can you explain step by step and in detail how to reproduce it?
i can't make it happen over here...
