[frs] Slice to MIDI Track -> To Single Sampler

Where has this slicing preset gone ?

I use this all the time in Live 7.

Hi,

it is not part of the Live 8 Library anymore, but you could copy it
from your Live 7 Library (it is under Defaults/Slicing).
