The scale is A# B C C# D F G# B C D# F F# G G# B D. What's its name?

that list of notes isn't a scale but it's pretty f'n chromatic.

I think the main melody uses the C Phrygian mode (C Db Eb F G Ab Bb C). But there are other things going on in there as well.

Just played this song in a DJ set last night. Yep...Phrygian minor.

1 3b -- -7b 2b 2b -- 1 5 (bassline)
1 3b -7b 2b 1 -- -7b -5 2b 1 (main synth line)
1 -7b 1 -7b 1 -7b 1 -7b -- 1 -7b 1 -7b 1 -7b 1 -7b (vocal)

The "b" part of the song with the "marimba" arpeggiated sound is using a minor mode but it sounds more complex because it's based on 2 chromatic runs (it is in the same key though):

-7b -7 1 2b 2 3b 3 4 4# 5 -- 7b 7 +1 +3b ("arpeggiated line")
