[amo] b5 - Adding Automation Lanes impossible from Fade view

In Arrangement View, showing Fades, there is no way to add an automation lane. But if you have lanes showing already, you can then switch to Fades view.

There should be a + button when viewing Fades so automation lanes can be added with fades showing without having to do a bunch of extra clicking.

I don't think this is just a "feature request." Thoughts?
