[jab] MIDI Map Mode - Scene Select button context menu crash

I get a crash every time in Live 8.0b5 with the following steps:

1. Enter MIDI Map Mode
2. Right-click on the Scene Select button
3. In the context menu, click on Edit Midi Map

Crash!

I have emailed my crash pack for this bug.

I found that a crash occurs with almost the same sequence of steps as in the MIDI map mode crash, using Key Map mode instead:

1. Enter Key Map Mode
2. Right-click on the Scene Select button
3. In the context menu, click on Edit Key Map
