start at 1, hold key, push left arrow once. note gets drawn. release note, press again, then arrow key, instead of a new note (which i would expect ), it extends the first note... it's not too difficult to arrow forward, then back again, i was just wondering if this was a limitation, or bug?

I believe it is a bug... try using chords

if you hold the note and press the arrow key twice, that should extend the note. Releasing the note inbetween arrows should make a second note

Does this still happen to you? Releasing the note and pressing it again, then pressing the arrow should indeed create a new note.
