[amo] Show generic 0-127 broken for VST

When grouping a live device when a parameter is assigned to a Macro there is the option to have it show what the parmeter is about or "show generic 0-127"

For a macro mapped VST parameter although I can see percentages, etcetra displayed in the VSTs shell, a macro knob will only display 1-127 regardless of the "show generic..." setting.

PS VSTs do communicate things like db amplification, percentage etc. They show up in Live's VST shell, would be nice if they were passsed on to the Macro display. (Or am I stating the obvious now)

We can not show the value and unit for plugins, for now, and the flag is always available. There is technically no bug here, therefore, I move the thread.
