[5118] Multiband Dynamics disables Core Audio

To reproduce:

- Load a sample in an audio track and trigger it

- Place a default Multiband Dynamics plugin on that track

- Hot-swap the default rack with the broken antenna preset

Now the volumes will be cut by about -1000 dB.

Until I remove that MD plugin, I get no sound out of Live and no system sounds.
Changing the preset doesn't help. Regardless of the settings, after a hot-swap there will be no more audio. Turning the plugin off brings back the audio too.

Osx 10.5.6 / Intel Mac

Still in beta 18, but I get different behavior. Now only the top volume indicator is at a fixed position. The sound is still gone.
