hey i have write my track and light was turned off. so my pc was shutdowned then i try to open my track and it say me shit i cant do it because its crashed

Can any body help me???
because tracks was 70% done(

Hi,

I guess this has nothing to do with Live 8 beta, but with the fact that the PC was turned OFF abnormally, and the stuff in the memory got "corrupted".

You can try sending the set to [email protected] and ask politely if it can be saved, but in general it is not possible.

i have sent this set to beta mail.

but why do not save some thing like two versions. current and previous i think will be more chances have worked set.....

Sorry, what do you mean? Saving is your task. Or, are you asking for some "automatic save" functionality?

sorry maybe i say not correctly but i mean maybe some thing like option save prev version
for example you press save and it will save 2 versions current and previous.
some thing like that

Hi,

I understand yes. One useful feature of Live is "save a copy", in the Files menu: it will save a copy of the set and give it a version number, and you keep working on the same set. That way, it makes back-ups.

its possible to have feature what will be automaticaly save a copy?

for example in properties at file section will be how many copies save. so when user pres save it will be automatically save copies of this set.

Hi,

I moved the thread because there is no clear bug to fix here. As for your set, if you sent it, my colleagues will try, but again, there are very few chances.

For the auto-save, we won't get it in Live 8 for sure. Please post in the feature wishlist if you wish for it!
