8.0b16 graphic bleedthru on third party plugs

when plugin window is moved above the transport bar the play icon can be seen instead of the mouse curser when moving over the position the play icon would appear when no plug in window would be present.
mac book 2,16 ghz 4(3)gb ram, Os 10.62, fireface 400,
