[5100] clicky follow actions for audio clips in beta 8

While I know that there are several new ways that audio clips are being handled in 8 vs 7 with transient loop mode and the transient envelope, but I am hearing clicking and popping artifacts when I set up some pretty basic follow actions in 8 and with all things being equal (as much as they can be...) the same loops yeild NO clicks or popping in L7...

I have vetted the same 3 loops in L7 and in L8 with all the following aspects equal:
Launch mode = trigger, set to Legato, follow action timing = 1 beat and 3/16ths for all three audio clips, set to "other" change 1:1.

I tried to adjust the beats mode using transients or 1/16ths and by using various permutations of the transient modes or transient envelope percents, but NOTHING I can do so far gives me the same smooth results that i get out of L7.

(this sort of follow action loop building is one of my favorite things to do... i hope that either I'm missing something here or if this is a bug...there is an easy fix
