[dbu] A bug in a preset

Instruments -> Drum rack -> Kick -> Kick-MFB
The "Tone"-parameter doesn't move anywhere from the initial 0%-value.

Thanks. The range is in fact set to 0-0, that is why. I did let our sound team know.
