Two observations:
i) My upload speeds are quite slow, and I often have to retry the upload, which works fine.
The upload often stops because of 'Network action reached timeout' - perhaps the network timeout threshold could be increased to allow users with slow upload speeds to avoid this problem - otherwise you have to babysit the upload and regularly 'retry' it.
ii) Would be nice if Live could give some user feedback when an upload error occurs (apart from the orange exclamation mark); e.g. bounce the Live icon in the dock (OSX) or make a beep or something - you can't just let it upload in the background; you have to constantly keep checking to see if the 'orange exclamation mark' is there and 'retry' it.
cheers!
