Slice warped track to midi track(without moving warp markers) works as expected. Move some warp markers, slice it, using 'Create one slice per warp marker', new track gets sliced the same as the first. I'm thinking it's slicing via transients and ignoring the warp markers?
This is using short loops.
Happy to supply pics and/or set if needed.
Slice to midi via warp marker.
Re: [amo]b13 Slice to midi via warp marker not working correctly
Hi,
This is how it always worked: warp markers are only used to tell where in the original audio file the slices should be cut. But the warping itself is not considered.
What you wish for is a "consolidate before slicing", or "slice as heard". That has to go to the wishlist, and I'll move this thread out of the beta bugs forum, as there is technically no bug.

Amaury

Re: Slice to midi via warp marker.
Then if warp markers on a audio clip have been moved, shouldn't 'slice using warp markers' NOT be an option. Cause at the moment it's giving an option of something it cannot do, it's actually doing what 'warp using transients' is doing. Sort of redundant?
