Lloopp 1.6 WTF

yes, I am dumb, I suppose, but still would like to give it a shot using lloopp for experimental gigs with guitar...

so off we go, I just downloaded the sw and opened for the first Time... OMG, I knew it would be hard, but this is crazy!

anyone could point me any (I do mean any) direction to a sort of run through on how to get things going? like a manual (they dont supply one) or one og those dumb guide to become next fennesz, something like that?

or I will have to go back to my all analog guitar + walkman loopmachine!

Haha, this just came up in a recent guitarist thread.

lloopp is a minefield. Incredible sonic possibilities, if you've got pretty much nothing else to do for the next 6 months besides learning how to use it. You're right. Documentation is piecemeal. The main site is a hodgepodge of geekspeak. You really have to know something about....I dunno...astrophysics or string theory or advanced biomechanics...in order to make sense of most of it.

OMG,

after couple of hours playing around I got some sounds out...
some good ones, others were painful thou, quite literally since I was wearing headphones

the learning curve seems like the everest... WTF!

ok, anyone else there with a tip or two on how to set this up, pleeeeease?
