b20: incorrect preset setting

drum rack -> kick -> kick-sessiondrylite-stick

in i/o the midi receive is set to 'c1', but should be set to 'all'?

Hi,

The note mapping on C1 is correct. Note mappings follow the GM standard, where Kick Drums are on C1 or B0.
