[4562] UNABLE To CREATE A BUG REPORTING SNAPSHOT?

Hello,

I had a minor incident, but was unable to create a BUG REPORTING SNAPSHOT. I am running Mac OS 10 Leopard 10.5.6. When I tried to create a bug report the screen neither appeared or indicated that it had responded to my selection of it in the Help menu.

While the all caps is unnecessary, this is still happening for me, too.

Do Bug Reporting Snap Shot is not doing anything. Most of the time when Live crashes, upon restart the bug reporting window comes right up. When it does not, I am also unable to create a snapshot.

This should be fixed with the most recent beta, Live 8.0b20.
