And I will keep shelling out money to Apple for that stability and peace of mind.
A) My laptops all "just work" once I get drivers install on them too. I just like having the option of making it better for whatever my purposes are. I can change anything.

B) Good I'm glad you are glad to shell out money to apple. I profit from that.

I have a Lenovo T60, on which I have found that the minimum crackle-free latency increases substantially when I disconnect it from the network unless I also disable the network connection internally (i.e. right-click on "My Network Places," right-click on the network connection, select "Disable").

People like different computers for different reasons. If the PC/Windows standard works well with how you like to do things then that's cool. For me I just discovered I could fuck it up too easliy without even digging deep.

Higher prices for ease of use and stability are the norm in all industries and the consumer decides what they are willing to pay. I get to work just fine in my Toyota and don't need a BMW.

I buy a new $2K brick every 2 to 3 years as is stated in the Apple Bible. I also have 4 ipods, not sure what was the time between each. I also have an iPhone, Apple TV, and Apple Time Capsule for my wireless router. All true.

These are the facts as we know them.

That chick is hot.
