I like how the website of the continuum fingerboard says that you can use between one and SIXTEEN fingers simulateously
Me thinks I'll need to grow more fingers to take full advantage of it. Mabye they could drop the price a bit for a 10 fingered version.
But seriously it is a nice bit of kit ...
I think I'll need to renew my puremagnetik subscription while I am at it ... this pack looks tasty

The continuum is definitely a very powerful control surface - and IMO, you get what you pay for (unlike many boutique items).
Did you get a chance to check out the Kyma demos on the symbolic sound site?

yes pretty cool. It is definitely a very expressive piece of gear. If only I had the time and money (and talent) ...
On a side note her site is pretty cool. I like her ideas about 'sonically' extracting information from complex data sets. Something I have though about a lot myself. I am a chemist in my dayjob (you might gather that if you look at my youtube link blow), and I often work with exceedingly complicated data sets were I need to extract small signals from background noise (3D NMR, GC-MS-MS, etc.). I'm sure that if I could find a way to sonically analyse the data, I would be able to 'hear' the signals ... the ears are such amazing instruments really ...
Anyway, sorry for the digression, I simply found her ideas interesting. Thanks for the link
