Re: Live to DJ PA speakers
first answer buy an Audio interface
but if you must go cheep
buy a stereo 1/8 inch to mono 1/4 inch (it will have 2 1/4 inch outs)
plug that into 2 d.i. boxes or 2 line ins of a mixer or what ever you have.
look at the meter on the mixer and lower the volume of you computer so its just below peek on the mixer.
then save up for an Audio interface and a good stereo DI box.

Re: Live to DJ PA speakers
you need to buy a professional soundcard.
i recommend a presonus firebox.
try to find something with a low noise floor and low latency.
you'll get professional output (xlr/quarter inch), and better sound quality.

Re: Live to DJ PA speakers
Is the M-Audio Fast Track or Behringer U-CONTROL UCA202 any good?
