Operator/Analog for on-thy-go would be nice,...for building some sounds, maybe with a small arpeggiator/pianoroll/keyboard...

Also a DAW Controller over WIFI specifcated for Live, also a Clipmatrix, but a better one that that ITM Lab's one,...

i might missunderstand you... but no one here is interessted in any already existing solution or in a custom / selfmade one...

as i understand this thread is about a simple from ABLETON provided intergrated iPhone apps. period.

Seriously?

I read this sentence:
"I have seen some good remote apps for Cubase (for instance...)for the Iphone...it would be absolutly great to use one specifically for Live too..!!! "

..and don't see anything that says it has to be FROM Ableton. lol

Allan does make reference to this:

http://itouchmidi.com/

Which is the best iPhone app out there for controlling Live.

If you guys are truly after something better, something from Ableton, you're in for a looooooong wait I suspect. :P

TouchOSC is another option. More customizable. If I'm not mistaken you can also create your own interfaces/apps with this one using Max/MSP?

you might be right about the wait, but yes... as i understand and also want it myself, i like to have something not iTouchmidi or OSCemote or...

but something 'native' to loose the OSC translator inbetween..., for instance.

I've really been pleased with the iTouch stuff. The connection is pretty simple - far simpler to get going than OSCremote or TouchOSC (are they the same app, lol?).

What is it that you don't like about the iTouch apps? Is there something they don't do that you're after? I've found the Mackie emulator to be pretty cool, but wish it was more customizable. I think it's something that nonnus has been working on...
