[dbu] b24: slice presets inconsistency

unless i've somehow overwritten information in a 'slice to midi' preset, there is an inconsistency between "Built in" and "Built in 0-vel"...the Loop Compress macro settings are reversed: for "Built in" they range from 100 to zero (correct?), and for "Built in 0-vel" they range from 0 to 100 (resulting in no sound until the loop compress macro is changed). Also, one is color coded and one is not. Its worth checking but again, maybe i screwed up a preset?

I have updated the Built-In and Built-In-0-Vel Slicing presets. These should be available with one of the next Bugfix updates.
