this has been covered in other posts, but i haven't found a solution to it yet. i just got the upgrade to live 8 (the boxed version) and i want to get EIC up and running but when i do....the same old story....it asks me to authorize each of the patches first. the problem i have though, i didn't get and serial # with the box. my live 8 upgrade serial came with my confirmation e-mail but there is nothing for EIC. i have looked all over, but nothing is working. do i need to get with ableton to figure it out? i have looked in my account page too, but nothing is there as well.
any ideas?
