Does Live have fx envelope automation?

Post by zuluberry » Wed Dec 18, 2002 7:13 pm

Hiya

I'm new here, be gentle :)

I've been using ACID for a few years and have grown very attatched, but version 4.0 is .... well frankly crap and I'm looking elsewhere for greener pastures.

Live 2.0 sounds like the best thing ever, it will be able to do everything that I do in ACID and much more, but I can't find any info as to whether you can place fx automation envelopes over your tracks in the sequencer window.

errr, can you? if it can, I'm sold basically and will be buying version 2.0 DEFINITELY!

I can use all my VST fx in Live as well, can't I? What about DX fx?

cheers

Yes, envelopes are fully editable (every efx parameter)
- dx efx are not supported in Live and I'm not aware of any vst/dx adapter like fxpansion that works the other way around
