Saving MIDI mappings

Post by Smellhound » Thu Apr 16, 2009 2:25 am

Is it possible? Say I have a plugin completely tweaked out with a specific MIDI controller...can I somehow save all the mappings as a preset?

I'm sure this has been addressed but I never have any luck searching through the forum.

The only way I know of doing this is by saving the tweaked preset as a new one with a custom name AND saving the midi controls as a new bank on your board.

Then in a new set, adding the custom preset and selecting the saved midi bank on your board in that new set.

If this doesn't work, saving the live set should accomplish the same thing, you just must remember to select your tweaked midi bank on your board when you open the live set so the preset and the board line up controls.
