Edit samples

Post by Sfffen » Sat Apr 25, 2009 12:22 pm

Hi guys,

What's the best way to copy the selected yellow part of the sample to the bars on the right of it?
Some vocals are starting on the part to the right, but the music is the same as the selected part so i'm looking for a way to copy/paste that part but i can't find anything...

Probably an easy solution :)

Thanks!

Drag the clip onto the arrange page, highlight the part as you have in the screen shot and hit ctrl+d to duplicate. When you have made all of the adjustments you want, highlight the entire clip on the arrange page and press ctrl+j to consolidate.

You now have a clip you can drag back to the session view.
