very easy improvement - track delay improvement
hello
i've noticed that if you put a track delay of .. say 1 sec.. and export the track, that delay doesn't exist.. is only in ableton..
while in logic the track delay is also in the exported track..
well, can be a great improvement because is really funny playing with track delay to align things i a creative way.. than export all to mix it in another sequencer.
because in live the track delay is really fast, you haven't to wait for the system.. and you can be more precise than in logic.. and use it with the arrow buttons.. up and down

Track delay doesn't get exported...? Are you sure about this?

yes, i've tried, i've tested live and logic, logic exports the track delay while live not.
i really like that feature and the way it works in live
if there will be that option i will load all the tracks in live than i adjust the track delay, than i export and i'm ready to mix in logic
i can be much more precise doing that in live
just take a live loop.. and delay it of 1000ms.. then export it, take the exported file and reload it
they are identical

Sometimes Ableton behaviour is really really strange, also I don't understand why don't add track delay into drum rack...

hey men.. isn't so hard to check if i'm right or not.. take a sample.. put 1000ms and export it.. you'll see immediately if there is an empty space before or not.. and the answer is not.. at least in live 6

Just tried this out to check it... In 7.0.15 i put a 1000ms delay on a track and exported to wav and the track delay was fine, played the delayed track live and in the wav file just fine. Must be a Live 6 thing?
