I think I jumped the gun too early in upgrading to 8.0.1. I'm getting all kinds of crashes, mainly C++ runtime errors on the PC side resulting in having to reboot the machine each time this happens.
Version 7 however is stable. I'd like to save out my 8.0.1 projects (that I originally started in 7) so that I can finish them in 7. Is this possible?
Thanks,
Mason
Exporting a Live project from version 8.0.1 to 7
Re: Exporting a Live project from version 8.0.1 to 7
No, there is no way of exporting Live 8 projects to Live 7 other than exporting the tracks as separate audio files.
Mac Studio M2 Max and MacBook Pro M4
Genelec M030; Live 12 latest and beta; macOS 27 Golden Gate
UAD Apollo Twin
Ableton Push 2

That´s correct + MIDI clips could be exported as MIDI files.cids wrote:No, there is no way of exporting Live 8 projects to Live 7 other than exporting the tracks as separate audio files.
